RETURN POLICY:

 

Please note that all returns must be made within 10 days from the date of receipt for a

prompt refund. A $50. restocking fee will apply per item. For your protection, please

contact us by email or DM on Instagram ONLY prior to shipping and send merchandise insured by UPS, Fed Ex or

Registered Insured Mail.  Be sure to send all items in a hard box to ensure that nothing

is damaged. We will not accept or be responsible for items that are damaged.

Special orders and large quantity orders (3 or more pieces) cannot be returned.

Refund policy excludes all sale items.

All discounted merchandise is a FINAL SALE.

 

REPAIR POLICY:

 

If your jewelry needs repairing, please contact us by email prior to shipping for a

repair order number and estimate. All estimates must be approved by customer

prior to shipping. Follow shipping instructions for return policy once you have your

repair order number.
